Hello,

Should i upgrade my current computer or not? For now the most games still work great on high quality but i am thinking of upgrading it.

But i don't know if its a good time to do it right now, or wait a few months longer.

So when i decide to upgrade my computer, what components you guys would upgrade?

Current system.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1

PSU Si Series FSP700 50ARN

Intel Core i5 3350P @ 3.10GHz 30 °C
Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology

8,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)

ASRock H77 Pro4-M (CPUSocket) 31 °C

BenQ G2222HDL (1920x1080@60Hz)
1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (ASUStek Computer Inc)

232GB Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB ATA Device (SSD) 33 °C

931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EALX-009BA0 ATA Device (SATA)

Thanks for the tips :)

SSD keep, really good make and top rated.

HDD keep

I5 is good,

RAM sounds really odd at that Mhz, replace or see why its not at least 1333Mhz

Mobo is good

Graphics card could be replaced but wait for the new nvidia series to come out or by one of the r9 270x 280x etc range.

Overall i would say RAM ASAP. Otherwise looks more than capable.

Thanks for your reply.

My Ram is a bit odd indeed, but in my Bios it says its 1333mhz. I have read somewhere that it shows 665mhz but it is 1333mhz combined or something.

Can you give me a name of a tool that give more insight of my ram?

Would like more info about the RAM from someone plz thanks :)

Got the specs by using Speccy.

Fair enough. Thanks all for your advise.

My conclusion:

My PC is -good-

I need a new GPU+PSU for future titles if i want it to keep on playing it on high.

*adding the PSU list on my favorites

Thanks all, have a great day!
