Question should i upgrade my cpu and ram

hello i have 8gb ram very old motherboard i7 2600 cpu rx 580 4gb and very very bad 600w psu the problem with this pc is that i can play newer games in 30 to 50 fps now i wanted to ask whats better to get xbox one x for 175euros or get i7 6700 + hp motherboard 6 gen and 8 more ram i will have now 16gb of ram total for 80euros i more prefer cracked games than buying games but i have xbox game pass

also i dont really wanna play the newest trash games i wanna play games like cod cold war fifa 23 cod WWII
btw i have big 60hz sharp tv thats 1080p so rx 580 gpu is perfect for me
