Should I upgrade my CPU or GPU? And is it worth it?

Right now I am running an i5 6600k, geforce gtx 970, EVGA 650W 80+ Gold, and 32 GB of RAM. I'm not in any rush to upgrade, but I'm wondering what would be the first thing to upgrade when games become too demanding for my build. Thanks!

That would depend on what exactly you plan on running. Nobody can tell you when you need to upgrade, when the time comes you will know, and you will know which component it is limiting you.

Some situations the GPU will be the limiting factor first, other times the processor. You cant decide until you actually have the need to upgrade.
