[SOLVED] Should I upgrade my CPU or sth else?

I currently have i5 6600K CPU and Asus Z170-A motherboard and I would like to upgrade either the cpu to a better one or both for amd compatible motherboard and amd cpu.
Budget: ~300-350$

Well everything, every program is kinda slow for me. For example i only get ~80 fps in CSGO and i have 1080 strix...

It is kinda slow, i game and work basically.
