Hi, I'd like to ask you guys if I should upgrade my CPU or my GPU? Currently I have a core i7 6700K and GTX 970, but I'm considering replace it by an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X or a GTX 1070/1070 Ti.
If you're gaming on it then get a 1070/1070ti. The 6700K is a really solid gaming chip. If you use a 970 with a 2700X then you'll bottleneck games with the 970. Your 970 is probably bottlenecking games right now anyway.

What do you think?
Welcome to Tom's!
It really depends on what you do with your PC. For gaming, I would stick with the I7 and upgrade the GPU. Even that might not give you a noticable improvement.

Thank you, I was pretty sure that it'll be the answer and I'll go for the 1070 Ti, but those 16 threads sounds really appealing.
