Question should i upgrade my HP X2 from windows 8.1 to windows 10

i just got this HP Pavilion X2 10in (Model 10-K010nr) for a decent price off ebay and was wondering if it was safe to upgrade it to windows 10 cause most of the windows apps i wanna use dont support windows 8.1

Yes - if a system can capably run 8.1, it can run 10.

However, I believe that system is an A6-9220 , 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.... So it's not likely to be too pleasing of an experience either way.

intel atom Z3736F @ 1.33GHz, 2gb ram and 32gb storage

It can run W10, and it's not going to be any worse than 8.1.... It's just not going to be a great experience.

You might have to clean install straight to W10 though, as the 32GB of space might be a problem for the upgrade process.

how would i go about doing a clean install cause idk how to get into the boot menu

Not 100% sure how you enter the boot menu on that system specifically. Probably F2, F8, Del or Esc if I had to guess.
