Should I upgrade my keyboard or my monitor?

I'm looking to upgrade either my keyboard or my monitor with the money I got from my birthday, but I don't know which I should upgrade. I have a membrane keyboard with chiclet style keycaps, and I have a 1366x768 monitor. I don't know if I should get either a mechanical keyboard or a 1080p monitor. I also have a 750 ti that runs my pc, so If I get the monitor I don't think it will impact my fps too much, as I only play rocket league most of the time.

I actually found a keyboard that is perfect for my needs, and it's going for 50 dollars right now. (btw, it's the rosewill rgb80)
