Should i upgrade my pc?

I know this has been asked a few times, but i am really confused. I don't have enough money to upgrade everything.
My specs are i3 3220+ gtx 750ti
8 gb ddr3
Gigabyte b75m d3h
Antec 650 w psu

Should i get a ryzen? But then i won't be able to buy graphics card.
Or should i just get a new card.
Please clear my confusion.
I play only games on medium to high settings.

If you CAN - Go for a full new PC.

If NOT - get the best processor in the family (i7 3770) - should be fairly easy to find in a second hand market.

A GT 1030 should help you with basic to low settings OR if you can afford it - go for GTX 1050ti 4GB

1050ti + i7 3770 should cost you less than 40K

yup, what you have now is pretty much balanced. maybe do something now like a ssd and a fresh win10 install to speed things up.

I have enough to upgrade to a ryzen or a coffee lake
Processor + board + 8 gb ddr4 ram. But then no graphics card.
I want to play games like evil within 2, shadow of war etc which i currently do at lowest settings. Please advice.
