[SOLVED] Should I upgrade or go new?

I currently am gaming on a gtx 1050ti with a ryzen 2600 (normal wraith cooler) on a msi b450 pro-m2 with micron 1x8gb ram at 2133mhz. Storage is a wd blue 1tb 7200rpm which is all housed in a cooler master HAF 912 mid tower with 3 120mm fans. All this stuff would be fine to upgrade but my psu is a cooler master 400w master watt lite which i don't think would give much head room for a possible rtx 2060 upgrade. I would like to play games like rainbow six siege at 144fps 1080p, - I don't really mind if its low to medium graphic settings. Any recommendations on how i should upgrade/ sell and build new, I have extra budget of about £400 to spend.

You need to upgrade your RAM to dual channel and higher speed, this will be significant limitation if you don't. You really want 2x8GB 3000mhz. You will then need a PSU upgrade before doing a gpu upgrade.
