Should I upgrade right now?

Should I upgrade from intel hd 630 to gtx 1060 ? Or wait for the 1160?
And also is the palit good brand because im not going to upgrade any soon.

My specs:
I5 7400
2x4 HyperX ddr4
600w PSU

I wouldn't recommend a gtx970 which has NO warranty for that price. You can get an rx570 for around 150~160+tax which will come with 1-3 year warranty (depending on manufacturer).

It's a bit more expensive, but you won't be burning money if the card dies in a week.

Gtx970 and RX570 are close to each other's performance, so there isn't much to complain about in the performance category.

Simply put, rx570 is an amazing low-mid tier card. Rx580 is an amazing mid tier card, only after that the gt x1060 6gb begin to win the price to performance race.
Main suggestion would be, don't buy second hand at that price. Wait for the Nvidia announcement (should be soon), I'm sure even if you don't buy a new Nvidia card, AMD prices will be...
Depends what games you play really... RX580s are really cheap right now, could just drop that in and be happy. You can imagine 1160 will have a nice price tag+availability issues for the first launch
