Should i upgrade to a PG258Q?

Hello folks ,
I will be quick with this one....
I already own the Pg248q that can do 180hz overclock BUT its a 120hz panel even at 144hz I get faint scanlines , at 180hz I get Clouding (white fog in black screen) , very noticeable scanlines in the whole left panel and right top + moving horizontal lines when enabling gsync from the bottom to the top. Its just a half product!
I rma'ed my first one and this one was better but still I am so tired of the problems! Is the Pg258q worth the extra 200 euros? Is any better in terms of panel quality?

Its the same TN panel but with a larger size and higher (240hz) refresh rate.

Well i found that the pg248q is using the M240q007v0 panel when the pg258q is using the Q250hta00 so its a new tn panel and seems that 240hz are native , there both different panels but i would like to know if it suffers lile the pg248q with its ridiculous problems...
