My msi gaming pro carpon motherboard has just broak so i tried to look for a replacement that works with my i5-7600k cbu but i can’t find any, so i though why not change to amd to avoid such problem in the future, i was thinking about the 33100cbu but no mobo in mind, what motherboard an cbu would u reccomand for a budget of 280$

My current build:
cbu : intel i5-7600k

motherboard : msi gaming pro carbon z270

video card :msi geforce gtx 1070

psu : evga supernova 650w

ram : G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 32GB ddr4

cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

storage : Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB and Kingston - SSDNow UV400 240GB

Did you find the model number? Can you send it? If it's default 3200 then you should probably go for ryzen, it benefits more from that fast RAM
thank u verry much man, just got back home and looked for something to make sure so i found f4-3200c16d-32gvk on the back of the rama card, and yea it is 3200
But the thing is it says:supports intel, does that mean it doesen’t support amd?

You could also, if you can, wait for the 5600. There should be one, and presumably for $250 or less. I'd say you can sell your 7600K for $80-90ish. You should be able to get a decent B550 board for 120
RAM is already good enough

I don't know how other countries are but in South Africa, the 5600x are double the price for what i bought my r5 2600 for.Intel's even worst,a 10900k are 1k more than a 5900x.Personally if i wanted to upgrade I would wait for prices to die down.Either snag a 3xxx cpu or if budget allow get a 5600x.
