should i upgrade to gtx 970and i5 or gtx 760 and i7.

hello i am an indian.i want to sell my old cpu and gpu and buy this rig in late 2015.
I want to play all the upcoming games in ultra resolution my budget is rs40000 for the gpu and cpu.should i buy gtx zotac 760 and i7 3770 or i5 3470 and zotac gtx 970amp
my current rig:-
i3 3210 processor
8gb ddr3 1333 ram
500 watt smps (iball sphinter 500)
gigabyte b75m-d3h motherboard
xfx amd/ati radeon hd 6770 1gb
and also i want to replace my monitor to a 1080p monitor.my monitor=dell IN1930
i have anather rs 9000 for that

The stronger option here would be i5 + 970. If you're looking for multi monitor setups or 4k, you will want to SLI 970s to make it much more playable.

If your main goal is gaming then you don't need the i7, the saved cash should go towards a better GPU, in this case the 970. Actually I'm thinking about getting this combo too

By late 2015, nVIDIA's next series will be out. GTX900s will be previous-gen and the GTX760 probably won't even be stocked any more. But yeah in general, i5 + GTX_70 is a much smarter option.
