Will this PC last for two years before i have to upgrade something ?

It's a very nice build and should in all likelihood be a capable rig for the next few years.

If someone hassles you about the choice of motherboard, point out to them that it's the cheapest full-ATX mobo in the ASrock range for the x97-chipset boards. SO even though you're not going to overclock, you're getting all the good stuff in the Intel 97 chipset.

Also like your choice of power supply.
