Should i upgrade?

Hey guys quick question.Is it worth getting an upgrade?I currently have a core 2 duo 2.4ghz cpu,4 gb ddr2 ram and a r7 250 gpu.I was thinking that i should get sth like the g3258,4gb ram,h81 mobo and perhaps the hyper 212 evo.Dont want to spend alot of money but i could use some extra performance.Will it be worth it?The total will be around 170 €.

if you keep the r9 250, and just upgrade the CPU ram and motherboard, then you will see a performance increase in normal application, but not SO much in games.

I think it would be worth upgrading, you will probably notice the difference.
