Should I upgrade?

Basically, I want to upgrade my Graphics Card, but I don't know if it's worth it. I want to upgrade to Gigabyte NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 970 G1 GAMING.

My current setup is :

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3550 CPU @ 3.30GHz

Video Card : AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

Memory : 16 GB

OS : Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

What power supply do you have? That processor should handle the 970 just fine.

It is a great card you won't be disappointed as long as your power supply can handle it your processor will do just fine.
You should notice a pretty nice performance upgrade if you do follow through with the upgrade.

Njoy 600 WRX . Could upgrade that if needed as well.
