Should I use piriform's defraggler to "optimize" my SSD?

Solution
There's no need to use a defragging program on an ssd. They usually compress any data that they can. They do not work like a hard drive at all. You probably had a driver or software package that you installed with the ssd. That will enable trim if the os didn't automatically.
Without knowing OS and SSD, Im still going to say no. From what I read on the site its just running TRIM. TRIM is supported natively in Windows 7 forward and pretty much every Linux and Android OS Ive used. It does sometimes need to be enabled though, so you may want to google TRIM and your OS, you'll find out how to enable it or verify it is.

No reason to use another program, for something your OS already can do natively.
