Should I use the GPU drivers from NVIDIA or MSI on my MSI GTX 970 gaming?

Hi, I am a total noob in the PC world. I have just finished my build and I was wondering if there is a differnece between the MSI drivers and the NVIDIA ones. From what I've read online everyone seem to recommend the NVIDIA drivers but I really wanted to know WHY this is a better option. So basically my questions are:
1. Which drivers should I download, NVIDIA's or MSI's? Why?
2. Is there a way to use both drivers? Should I do this if possible?

The MSI just gives you an out of date Nvidia driver.
Download from Nvidia own website as it will be the latest. Currently it is technically verison 353.38 but it won't be shown to you as it is not WHQL signed.
