Should i using LTSB Version ?

someone say using LTSB Version is use more resources usage than Non LTSB but other someone say LTSB Version : there should be no performance issues and definitely no stability issues less resources usage . its make me confuse , So which one is right?

is LTSB Version can install 3rd apps nd Games like non LTSB Version ?

If you are a licensed Enterprise user, try the LTSB edition and see if you like it.
