I would say yes. Look for at least one BIOS update for the motherboard you are interested in as an indicator.

With an entirely new chipset and ram, I would expect to have some early am5 adopter issues.
Usually these are fixed with bios updates.

You may want to wait for the intel announcement.
Their new 7xx chipsets and motherboards are essentially the same as current Z690 motherboards that have largely had initial bugs fixed.

Ryzen and 300 chipset MBs were a revolution for AMD, anything after that is just evolution so I don't expect any crippling bugs to happen after all these years despite socket. DDR5 and PCIe upgrades, Sure, there will be a rapid series of BIOS upgrades and AMD is releasing own substitute for XMP just because of DDR5 being somewhat unpredictable. Even with DDR4, BIOS in AMD based MBs often had to modify XMP to suit particular setup and IMC.
Zen4 and chipset(s) do not worry meat all but DDR5 and PCIe v6 are nowhere close to maturing enough.
