So i want to build a gaming rig, but i'm not sure i should wait till the holidays. The parts are I5-7600k(€229), MSI B250M PRO-VD(€63,95), Corsair builder CX500(€60,95), MSI GTX 1060 ARMOR 6G OCV(€335), Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO(€29,95), G.Skill DDR4 Aegis 2x8GB 3000(€122,95), 120GB Kingston SSD(€66,95), 1TB SeaGate HDD(€45,95), Phanteks Eclipse P400 Tempered Glass Black/White(€80,95), a €113,95 monitor. I'm from Belgium btw, so the prices are different from USA. Thx =D

I tripped over the 7700K with a B250 board. The K overclockable CPU needs a Z270 board. Not going to overclock? THe B250 will be okay.

The 76 and 7700 do tend to get a little warm. Yes, the Evo is a bleeping good cooler that will keep your temps under control. The Cryorig H7 is better for only a little more and I do recommend it for your build.

Coffee Lake CPUs from Intel are due out soon. I'd wait and see if you can possibly save some money. I heard that the newest boards won't be backwards compatible so you won't be able to upgrade like some were with Sky and Kaby lake with a simple BIOS update.

I'm not planning on overclocking the system, so that's why i picked a B250. I just read an article about Coffee Lake and they said that the 14nm CPU architecture will stay, so i think i'm safe for now.
