Apparently GPUs are big enough that they can sag when the tower is standing up how it should. Some cases come with a protector for that. Some don't. Should I be worried about it?
I don't think it's a big deal.
There are all sorts of ways you can keep a card from sagging.
I have made my own brackets.
I have used zip ties.
I have used velcro.
Etc

I personally have never had a GPU that sagged and I have owned self built tower PC's since the late 80's.
But if yours is sagging, there are plenty of options for supporting it.
Some people use legos to add some character to their PC.

GPU sag hasn't been an issue until as of late, how big GPUs have become. Of course your Radeon All-in-Wonder 9800 Pro wont sag lol. But the top line RTX cards can
I had an old 7800gtx back in the day, it sagged/warped over time near the rear of it and ended up having some solder crack(it died), but that was the only case ever for me. So if you have a big honking heatsink, maybe support it a bit.
