Should Msconfig be on selective or normal on windows 10?

Mine is currently on selective after booting in safe mode.Thank you for responses.

Normal is the default setting for startup in Windows 10.

Do you have any boxes checked under the "boot" tab or in the "Advanced Options" section within boot?

i unclick them and then click on normal and press apply and then it automatically goes back to selective.

It's because you have something disabled in Startup.

It's perfectly fine.
