I have a Cooler Master 690 iii and I don't know how to configure my fans. I have one 200 mm fan at the front, which is pulling cold air in to create airflow in the case. At the back there is one 120 mm fan pushing hot air out of the case, and at the top 2 140 mm fans pushing hot air out of the case. I have an extra 200 mm fan in the side panel too help cool the mobo and gpu, but I'm not sure I it should blow air to the video card or push it out of the case. Perhaps I'll also add one 120 mm at the bottom, and I'm not sure if it should push or pull as well.

The typical answer is to keep the rear fan as an exhaust and make all the other fans intake. You're welcome to have an configuration you want and you might want to look into the advantages of positive and negative pressure, but it doesn't make that much of a difference.

Just install single fan at side of panel for intake for the best results. Don't increase the amount of intake air by adding number of intake fans more than fans with pushing air outside. Either keep the number of intake and outlet equal or 1 outlet fan more than intake.
