Should you install gpu drivers before or after install?

What should I do? I haven't installed the drivers and the gpu isnt working..

Always after the install.

How do you know the GPU isn't working. Describe your problem in more detail and post the specs of your system.

I installed a new psu for it, 500 watt, for gtx 750 and it works with integrated graphics, but when I install the graphics card, and power through divi and VGA, it freezes at the start up menu. I installed a new bios but it just stays there.
