Question Shouldn't this say RPM? Not PWM?

Motherboard is Gigabyte Aorus X570 Master. I'm trying to set a custom curve for fan speed. Increase RPM according to temperature. This say PWM, not RPM. Am I missing something or.....????

No, it's the right label on that axis, if you notice, it shows percentage. Pulse Width Modulation shows as fan duty cycle(or a percentage). Read more here and here.

Ok, but here's the issue. The fan speed has a certain RPM. I want it to spin at specified RPMs based on the curve that I set. How can I do this with that axis displaying PWM instead of RPM. How does that help??
