Shutdown Problem motherboard

My computer is taking so much time every time i shut it down, the cpu/gpu fans are still running even when the screen is already off, took almost like 1-2mins to shutdown.
Windows 10 PRO
msi h81m-p33
i5 4570
temperatures all normal
8gb
gtx970
1hdd 1ssd
700watt superflower psu

Shutdown will be at it's fastest right after a clean install...

Every application that is installed, or started/running at time of shutdown, and in particular any webstorage/backup software, etc., potentially adds time for sync/re-sync immediately prior to shutdown...
(Compounding the matter, sometimes Windows' updates are looked for/applied at seemingly random times, including during/right at shutdown time....)

I just installed the OS and not much of a start up program and im using SSD, which should increase the boot/shutdown of the computer..

still having this problem even after i reset cmos battery. No idea what the problem is.
