Shutdown/Restart From Task Manager

Hello,

the shutdown/restart button has disappeared from my windows task manager. How do I get it back?

Start-Settings-Control Panel-User Accounts-Change the way users logon-Use the welcome screen.
However this will disable your ctrl+alt+del "Lock Computer" feature.
You can logoff-shutdown from ctrl+alt+del screen as is.
