Question Shuttering while playing game

Hello everyone.
I'm having trouble finding the causing problems of game shuttering
While I'm playing game.
I thought it was normal 1% low that kind of stuff. But it keep on happening and it's very annoying.

I monitor GPU temp 80, CPU 50-60.
I install all the game that I play on SSD

Here my spec

I7-10700
RX 5700XT
Ram 8*2 3200 XMP enable.
SSD nvme wd blue.

"shuttering " ? Do you mean it's dropping out of game, computer shutting down or did you men Stuttering (stopping for short time, loosing frames etc.) ?

Its stopping, like freeze. in a short time.
