Shuttle Jumps on the All-in-One Bandwagon

Are any companies paring the Ion with Via Nano? I would have assumed most Ion platforms would still use an Atom processor.

The problem with All-in-Ones is upgrade-ability, there is none. If I'm going to get an enclosed, minimally upgradeable computer running an underpowered processor, it would be a netbook, at least those are designed for portability.

The only thing most of these Atom/Ion all-in-ones have is a touch screen, which could be nice, but I would expect more tablet/touchscreen netbooks in the future.

I would never buy a Shuttle again. I own three of there computers and non of them last longer than a year. It looks great.

Huh? Might wanna check where you posted that, buddy.

Priced around $600? Um... that's about where the Dell Studio all-in-one starts, and it has a significantly better processor and display. Why would anyone buy the Shuttle?
