Hello Everyone,

So I just finished the install of my new CPU and MOBO that I got yesterday night and I tried to start playing battlefield 4 (which is why I got the new parts). However, I noticed the the sound would go in and out every 5 seconds. When I looked at my playback devices I noticed that the USB soundcard would appear, then disappear over and over again. It would go so fast that I wouldn't have time to right click it and look at the properties. I made sure that I installed the right sound card driver from the steelseries website as well. On my old motherboard everything worked fine, but now I am having issues. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Here is my current setup:

CPU: FX8350
PSU: Corsair TX750W
GPU: EVGA Geforce 650 Ti SSC 2GB
MOBO: ASUS MXA99FX Pro R2.0
RAM: G Skill Ripjaws 12 GB

Thank you in advance!

I will note that the soundcard is from the original Siberia Icemat but I have never had any issues with it.

Here is what it looks like:
