siege vs the division

should i buy siege or division
i did play siege using tunngle but wasnt able to play regularly but i did enjoy the time i played
and the division beta is getting mixed reviews
whick is better to buy?

I would lean towards Siege over the Division, main reason being that I can't stand games where a headshot is not fatal, and in the Division that is exactly the case. Enemies are bullet sponges, like in Destiny or Borderlands. But it really depends on what you are looking for. do you want a shoot and loot game, like borderlands, or a no-respawn showdown with necessary team work, like csgo?

When I first saw the division gameplay all I could think of was tom clancys destiny.
The loot system, levels, and grinding remind me oh so much of destiny (not in a good way).
People claim to have fun going rouge with friends in the dark zone, but that sounds old fast.

Siege is pretty cool, much more competitive and fast paced.
I have always liked the idea of games like this, teams facing off in a scenario that has a point (IE hostage) instead of doing missions for who knows what reason. Some pretty cool features and gadgets (Wall reinforcements, staging, tech like Fuze's grenade breach), some dumb ones (Shields everywhere).

Want to casually waste time not doing much with friends? The division.
Want some action, competitive gameplay that requires teamwork other than how many bullets can I fire into this guys head? Siege.
