So I just got this new computer few weeks ago, everything was alright, was ok with it,then after I moved house which happened just yesterday since then my PSU is making a really silent clicking/ticking noise. It's not making it all the time,it stops then starts again.Since my room is very silent and having it right next to my ear on my desk is really annoying.I want to paint it blue and throw it into the sea.Anyway, thing is I am not really sure if it's coming from the PSU,but the noise gets louder when I have my ear next to it.The PC works normally,I can game on it and nothing happens,no errors nothing. My question is this normal? I got a Corsair CX600 Modular. The noise is not that loud, but for the reason I said it is loud enough to make me just close my PC...

It could be coil whine. Run a game or something that has very high FPS (usually on the menu screen), in the hundreds or thousands, and see if the noise becomes more pronounced. With coil whine there are usually circumstances under which it happens, it used to do it with an old PSU of mine whenever my GPU was working hard. Maybe try some CPU and GPU benchmarks, see if that makes it happen. If it IS coil whine, it's completely harmless but unfortunately not really avoidable (outside of buying a new PSU).
