Silent cooler for E6600 Core2 Duo

Hi

Any recommendations on the subject in the header. I don't expect to OC. I have heard that Scythe Ninja is an option - any comments on this?
Does anyone know if it able to cool enough without a fan?

If you have an even better suggestion it would be much appreciated 😀

If you dont OC the chip it will work just fine. Also your case need to be sufficiently cooled as well for a passive cooler to work.
