[SOLVED] Silent RTX 2060 fans - which brand?

Hi, I work with Game Audio and use the same room to record stuff for design purposes. Currently I am very interested in upgrading my GTX 970 to RTX 2060 but I am not sure which manufacturer offers the most silent fan build. I found some info that 2 fans is ideal noise-wise and MSI seems to be the best bet. If so, then - is it better to go for Ventus or Gaming Z? How about Nvidia's model, which has 2 fans as well?
Also, will my current 500W silver rating PSU be enough for that swap?

I am also running:
AMD FX8350 (which, I would like to slightly overclock to not bottleneck new GPU too much)
Noctua CPU Heatsink with medium fan
2x 8GB RAM DDR3
SSD, HDD, USB 3 SSD
couple USB 2.0 DEVICES + usb audio interface
