Simcity problems with xp compatibility

Hello,i have already corectly installed my simcity4 to my windows xp but the problem is when i open the app to play ,theres an error says my operating system does not compatible to the game

Should run on XP. Post the exact error message. Do you have all the OS patches and latest video drivers?
