Simple MOBO Question

I'm not sure exactly how to connect my front panel "POWER SW" and "RESET SW" buttons this is how my manual shows it:

Now the POWER/RESET SW are both 2 pins in size but I can't find anything that tells me where both the pins go. I am assuming however the POWER SW would go on the PWRBTN# and the GND (I'm guessing this means "ground"?) pin that is horizontally to the right of it and the RESET SW would go on the RESET# and GND that is to the left.

Then second of all would the RESET SW and POWER SW have to go a certain way around? I have had a look at the black hard plastic casing and on the front they both say what they are, either RESET SW or POWER SW and on the back on one side each has an arrow pointing down. Is this arrow the side that goes on the RESET#/PWRBTN# pin and the side without the Arrow goes onto the GND?

Thanks forum!

There's no wrong way... just make sure the power s/w is connected to PWRBTN and GND, and the reset to RESET and GND.

To powerup / reset the respective pins need only be shorted to ground... so you're good if you plug the wires either way....
