If im going to buy a new motherboard that support up to 1886 Mhz can i still use my old 1333 Mhz 16gig RAM?
P.S
if it will work, can i do the same on a motherboard that support up to 2100mhz?

you see this is a 3400mhz all the way down to 2133mhz

you need to find a board that lists the memory TYPE (DDR3 or DDR4) and speed you have on hand.
upgrading is what will the board support from that point.
