Simultaneous TV-out?

Are Asus V7700 Deluxe and ATi's Radeon 64MB TV-output exclusive? Meaning that when the TV output is being used, does the primary display (VGA or DVI) still functional? It seemed to be left out in Tom's reviews.

Furthermore, is there any other 3D card out there with TV in/out that supports multiple outputs as I mentioned?

Both the MX and the ATI AIW can output to the TV and leave your desktop on your monitor.
