Hey there.
Some days ago i bought a new 8 GB corsair vengance RAM stick to upgrade my current RAM. But it didn't really go as planned. As it turns out my already two 4 GB sticks refuses to work with the new 8 GB stick. When i tested it the computer refused to even start until i took it out. I don't know if it is because the already existing is connected in some kind of Dual channel or if the (4x2) and 8 GB isn't compatible with each other. (worth mentioning is that they are from the same manufacturer corsair). And if there is a solution where i don't have to return the stick i would love to hear it.
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
Already using RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 8GB (2x4GB)
Newly bought RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 8 GB (1x8GB)
Thanks in advance
