Hello,
I am planning to build a budget gaming system. I have 2 gpus in mind, both are around $145:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131706&cm_re=rx_480-_-14-131-706-_-Product
http://www.microcenter.com/product/468281/Radeon_RX_470_ROG_STRIX_Overclocked_4GB_GDDR5_Video_Card
Instinct tells me to get the Rx 480, however the Rx 480 that is on discount is a single fan model, and I have heard some bad things about single fan GPUs before. Which one should I get?
Thanks in advance to anyone who answers.

Solution
Number of fans would be viable criteria only in case of two same cards but like this it shouldn't matter. Faster single fan would not be loaded (and heat) as much as slower one with two fans and if you expect same performance of slower one it would heat more.
