Single Folder Won't Open In Windows Explorer

In my Pictures folder I have many sub folders, including one for my current phone's picture backup. Every sub folder opens except for this one. I double click, I right hand click and chose Open command. The only way I can view the photos in the folder is by browsing with Fast Stone Image Viewer. I cannot open the folder to manage my files! Please Help!

I find I can vew the pictures with a viewing program like FastStone or Picassa. Still don't know why it won't open though. Corrupted somehow.
