Single overheating core?

Hello, i have an i5 4460 and it seems my one core is showing to be about 118c whilst all my others are around 40 and my lowest being 20. Is this just a faulty sensor or is something really wrong?

Has to be a faulty sensor. at that temp the processor should stop running to protect from damage.

But tim under IHS, need to be RMT, or you need remove IHS re apply thermal compound on CPU core and put IHS back.
