This may be a shot in the dark, but here goes:
I'm trying to get SiSoft Sandra Enterprise working.
The TechSupport Guys at SiSoft claim they can make it work, but i have never once made it work the way it's supposed to.
Has anyone gotten the Enterprise version to run successfully?
If so can you post or forward a walkthrough or idiots guide to making it work?
Being no such idiot, I have tried just about everything I know, including portscanning and logging and hacking the crap out of the software to make it work but I am foiled with the message:
"Failed to Initialise Database! Check database file, database server, or MDAC."
I have the SQL Server installed properly (i think) with the database and schema loaded (but no test data) and the program installed correctly.
In all seriousness, i feel like i own a $3000 coaster.
