Question Sites like Wayback Machine for web archiving?

I found a couple of old threads on this topic here, but my case is a bit different. I don't need to find a previous version of a particular website or an old article, but to actually do the web archiving for a few websites. I need to back up content and be able to see the changes in page structure. Of course, I looked for alternatives to Wayback Machine, for example, there I found a bunch of options, ranging from $10 to $100 per month. I have a couple of good-looking candidates in the lower price range (mostly automated screen capture tools). Is anyone dealing with web archiving? What do you use and would you recommend it? Thanks in advance.

The end requirement being to simply compare webpage versions - correct?

My recommendation:

Why not just set up your own archive via a NAS?

Download the HTML, XML pages the NAS and then apply whatever tools are being used to look for changes.

All you need is a desktop (does not need to be new) and an OS such as FreeNAS/TrueNAS. Connect to your network.

Fully in your control. Likely little or no cost.

Take a look.
