Right? It's still a pretty niche option. Unless demand is gunna spike due to AI nonsense. Cpu and gpus can both benefit from hbm in the enterprise or supercomputer sectors, right?With every HBM application needing to be tuned to the specific bandwidth, timing, sizes, quirks, etc. of whichever HBM manufacturer product they pick, having a JEDEC "standard" loses much of its relevance beyond the pinout and voltage levels.
