Question "Skodo" kind of Japanese sound at startup

Recently I've started hearing a "skodo" kind of japanese sound/word at startup, and I can't for the life of me figure out what's causing it. I don't know what it is and it's driving me nuts. The only programs that start on startup have always been the same (these), I've run Adware Cleaner, Malwarebytes, as well as a full Antivirus scan from Avast, nothing. I don't see any program that could do this, or I just forgot about it. I'm on Win10, if you need any additional info just ask and I'll provide, as this is driving me crazy.

I don't know what the sound it exactly nor have I experienced or noticed anything of the sort. Just a disclaimer. But have you tried retracing your steps? Have you installed anything new before that happened? Was there an update to any of the apps you were using? It may be windows bugging out with a new update. It may help you find the possible root cause
