I am looking to get a 64 bit rig going, and now that the 939 cipset has a wider range of cpu speed, I looking for the right mobo and chipset. Anyone know of any that stand out as far as stability?
P.S 939 allows for non-ECC non-registered memory right?

It seems that every time I reboot my wallet gets smaller. I append: No longer interested in speed, just the mere idea that everything should perform at its full potential.

OK, first have you read all the S939 reviews of the bast few days??? There is a ton of it, you will find all the infos you need by reading them.

Overall, if you don't plan to overclock the VIA K8T800 PRO or nForce3 250 are both good chipset to look for. If you plan to overclock nForce3 250 is strongly recommende since the VIA chipset have APG/PCI lock issue.

Basically any board with the feature you should be good. But, I repeat, there is a TON of articles about these new Socket939 motherboards. Don't be afraid and dig into THG, AnadTech, Xbit-Labs, etc...
