Skylake non k processor question

Has anyone actually laid hands on one and dropped it in a Z170 board? I've heard 2 or 3 people say that you can still move the bclk on the non k processors potentially allowing some oc headroom on them. I don't want to see anything quoted from tech specs or the like please only answer if you have first hand knowledge or see a place where someone else posted who did.

My good ole 3350p is still chugging along just fine. And if you actually read my post you'd see why I asked that question. If you can change the bclk on a non k processor you can oc it... In a lot of cases in the old days a 2.5x bclk increase and 1.75 multi decrease would be faster than any multi only oc

You do realize the bclk is no longer strapped to the pci or memory. There is no reason for it to cause instability anymore with skylake. Hence my question and why I asked for someone with some knowledge not people just spouting things they know nothing about
