Skype Closing as soon as connect

Hey All, I have windows 10 Pro and for some reason as soon as I connect to a contact the program just shuts down. I've uninstalled / reinstalled but in doing so I noticed that Skype in never really gone. It uninstalls but you can still run it as always. I know it's my system after checking with my contacts as it does it no matter who I'm calling. I found that there is a folder left on the drive called Windows/Apps or something like that and it's LOCKED where you can't delete the files. I tried logging in to safe mode, then tried to go into properties and changing permissions. No Luck. Any ideas would really help. Stats below

I figured it out. Had to change permissions and delete the folders then install an old version of skype. THANKS!
